Unless you are sure your work meets the definition of "cosmetic work", you must get approval from the Owners Corporation. Do not start the work until you have written approval.

The committee generally meets monthly and tries to consider applications at its next meeting. If your application arrives shortly before a meeting, or the agenda is already full, it may be deferred to a later meeting. Committee members are volunteers, so please allow enough lead time.
The committee will approve your application, approve it in part or with conditions, ask for more information, or reject it. In all but the first case, the committee will try to give guidance and may invite you to a later meeting to clarify.
