Rooftop

Pool access is available to residents and their guests. Please respect our house rules. The BBQ area is managed through a booking system. At times the committee may restrict rooftop access for resident-only events, such as New Year's Eve.

Rubbish

Red (landfill) and yellow (recycling) bins are located behind the south tower.

Bulky goods collection is booked with the City of Sydney, who collect on Wednesdays. Please arrange this through the building manager and leave bulky goods on Macdonald Lane.

Washing and drying

Gemini has two laundries, on the ground floor of each tower. As there are apartments on the ground floor of the south tower, that laundry operates between 7am and 9:30pm only.

Moving in and out

If you're planning to move in or out, please let us know at least 2 days beforehand. This helps coordinate access to the car park and lifts. Moves should be between 9am and 4pm.

Car park access

Residents may use the Gemini scramble car park once their car is registered with the Strata Manager. Only one car can be registered per apartment, and registration must be renewed each year. Approved cars receive an annual permit sticker, which must be fixed to the windscreen.
